I'm Jack Zuzeek, a lifetime resident of the Cleveland, Ohio area. I live with wife Yvonne, daughters Yvette(18) and Tiffany(14), my brother-in-law Jeff, a 95lb. Alaskan Malamute(female) with an attitude named Cheyanne, a tiger cat named Boopy(also female and afraid of her own shadow), and three fish who asked to remain anonymous.
I work in shipping, Yvonne's in purchasing, Yvette just graduated high school and Tiffany will be entering 10th grade next year, Jeff works in the beverage industry, and the animals don't carry their weight at all. When I'm not working, studying computer courses at the community college or driving the kids around, I am a sometime writer (Meaning I write what I can --- when I can). I write whatever pops up, but I'd say they're mostly SF short stories with a couple of novels in progress (I do have a fantasy novel that I recently recovered from the ashes, but until someone else reads it and either burns it, laughs hystericly, or bows down in homage, I won't have a clue if it's any good). And yes, I'm one of the unpublished masses, but only due to the fact that I'm still learning the ropes. Though whether I'm ever published or not, I'll keep writing as long as the stories keep coming. When I'm not writing, (and sometimes when I am), you can find me in #lobby in SFF.net on IRC. (If you're into reading/writing/watching: SciFi, Fantasy, Horror, or any other genre imaginable, you might find Sff.net cool. Several seasoned writers, several writers with abundant aspiration and talent, and quite a few who don't write but are just plain good to be around.:)
